Booking Terms

These terms apply to every reservation made through La Suitez.

Making a reservation - A reservation is a request until we confirm it. Held reservations expire if payment is not completed within the payment window shown at checkout. - The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for everyone on the booking. - Guest numbers must not exceed the capacity shown for the suite. Infants do not count toward capacity.

Prices and payment - Prices are shown per night in Philippine pesos and include the fees and taxes listed in your quote. - Nightly prices can differ by date; the total shown at checkout is the price for your exact dates. - The deposit or full amount stated at checkout is due to confirm the reservation. Any remaining balance is due as stated in your confirmation.

Arrival and departure - Check-in and check-out times are shown on the suite page. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and may be charged. - Valid photo identification is required on arrival.

House rules - The suite's house rules form part of these terms. Smoking, parties and unregistered guests are not permitted unless the suite states otherwise. - You are responsible for any damage or loss caused during your stay.

Changes by us If a suite becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will offer a comparable suite or a full refund of amounts paid.

Liability We are not liable for loss or damage outside our reasonable control, including travel disruption and events of force majeure.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
