Cancellation Policy

The cancellation terms for your stay are shown on the suite page and repeated in your confirmation email. Where a suite does not state its own terms, the following applies.

Standard terms - Cancel more than 14 days before check-in: full refund of amounts paid, less any payment-processing fee. - Cancel 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the total is refunded. - Cancel less than 7 days before check-in, or fail to arrive: no refund.

Changes to dates Date changes are treated as a cancellation and a new reservation, subject to availability and the prices applying to the new dates. We will always try to move your stay where we can.

Unpaid holds A reservation that is not paid within the payment window is released automatically and the dates return to sale. No charge is made.

Refunds Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to appear.
