La Suitez respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you browse or book with us, why we collect it and how long we keep it.

What we collect - Booking details: your name, email address, mobile number, stay dates, guest numbers and any special requests you send us. - Payment information: payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive only the outcome, the amount and a reference — never your full card number. - Usage information: basic technical data such as your browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the site secure and working well.

Why we use it - To confirm, hold, change and honour your reservation. - To contact you about your stay, including confirmations, arrival details and receipts. - To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations, and to prevent fraud.

Who we share it with We share only what is necessary with the suite's on-site team, our payment provider and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it Reservation and payment records are kept for as long as required by Philippine tax and accounting rules. Enquiries that never become bookings are removed once they are no longer needed.

Your choices You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Contact us using the details in the footer and we will respond promptly.

Security Access to guest information is limited to staff who need it, and our systems are protected by encrypted connections and access controls.
